Yamaha EMF
The Yamaha EMF is an āĻāĻ˛ā§āĻāĻā§āĻ°āĻŋāĻ āĻ¸ā§āĻā§āĻāĻžāĻ° from the famous Japanese brand Yamaha. Yamaha is one of the largest manufacturers of motorcycles in the world.
The EMF is created in a partnership with the Taiwanese e-scooter startup Gogoro and the scooter shares the swap-able batteries of Gogoro scooters. In contrast with Yamaha EC-05 that is based on a Gogoro scooter platform, the chassis of the EMF is newly designed and developed by Yamaha.
The scooter has a ā§,ā§Ŧā§Ļā§Ļ āĻāĻ¯āĻŧāĻžāĻ mid-mounted liquid-cooled permanent magnet electric motor. The scooter has a top speed of ā§§ā§Ļā§Ļ āĻāĻŋāĻ˛ā§āĻŽāĻŋāĻāĻžāĻ°/āĻāĻŖā§āĻāĻž and accelerates from ā§Š.ā§Ģ āĻ¸ā§āĻā§āĻ¨ā§āĻĄā§ 0 āĻĨā§āĻā§ ā§Ģā§Ļ āĻāĻŋāĻŽāĻŋ/āĻāĻ¨ā§āĻāĻž.
The scooter has two removable Gogoro-compatible Lithium batteries. The batteries can be swapped at existing Gogoro GoStation battery-swap facilities and Gogoro provides a home-charger named GoCharger.
The dashboard is similar to that of Gogoro scooters. The scooter has a wireless RFID key, NFC-enabled smart key and connects to a smart phone for access to scooter apps.
The scooter has a storage compartment and cup holder with USB charge ports between the riders feet.
The scooter has four piston hydraulic disc brakes with a Combined Braking System (CBS).
The scooter is available in three colors: Dark Black, Dark Green and Light Blue.
