Ather 450X Super Scooter

The Ather 450X Super Scooter is an innovative and cutting edge ইলেকট্রিক স্কুটার from e-scooter startup Ather Energy from India. The startup has been funded by big Indian tech companies.

The 450X is an enhanced version of the popular 450 with a more powerful motor, a greater driving range, a new Google Android dashboard with integrated 4G LTE and the latest 2170 Lithium batteries.

The Ather 450X has a powerful ৬,০০০ ওয়াট electric motor with ২৬ নিউটন মিটার torque that provides a top speed of ৮০ কিলোমিটার/ঘণ্টা and an acceleration of 0-40km in 3.3 seconds.

The scooter has a 2170 Lithium battery that provides a driving range of ৮৫ কিলোমিটার (116km on Indian Drive Cycle). The charge time using the home charger is 5-6 hours and using a fast charger the batteries can be charged for 80% in ৩০০ মিনিট. The battery is of the same type as the batteries used in the latest Tesla cars.

Ather provides 3 years unlimited mileage warranty on the battery.

Ather is not just providing the scooter but it provides an innovative charging infrastructure as well. Like Tesla, it offers fast charging stations where users can charge the battery at a rate of 1.5km per minute (0.5km faster than the 450). Ather offers free charging to it's users in India.

Water and dust resistant

The scooter is IP67 water and dust proof which will enable the scooter to drive trough water. The scooter will enable to continue driving during floods and storms while most petrol scooters will fail.

The scooter has a low center of gravity which provides the scooter with great handling and agility in city traffic.

The scooter has front and rear disc brakes with CBS brake assist technology.

The scooter has a reverse gear for easy parking.

Smart scooter

The Ather 450X is a true smart scooter that connects to a smart phone for access to scooter applications and information such as speed and battery state. The scooter has a 7" interactive touch screen dashboard, IP65 waterproof, with 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth and Wifi connectivity, which provides access information such as speed and battery status and many scooter apps including navigation.
